DF Bleek
A short A4 sheet collating plate numbers with recurring colour combinations in selected rock art. Written in blue ink, it also records which plates have accompanying (monochrome) photographs. MS.
An undated list, likely by DF Bleek, of colours required for full-tone copies reproduced from coloured collotype plates (i.e., the relief line blocks) informed by monochrome photographs of rock art copies. This list, pairing (prevailing) colours with numbered collotype plates effectively substrated by monochrome photographs, conceivably informed the analogue colourisation process pre-colour photography. From left to right, the first column of numbers records the total colours needed, while the second (including those inset below) records the corresponding plate numbers.
