These include various notes, texts, copies of rock art, and items made by, associated with, or belonging to the makers of this archive. Some of these fall outside the various categorisations established for this collection, suggesting that categories often elide materials the exist in-between, and, given different categories might have more central roles to play in a range of research projects. A collection of drawings on slips of paper that refer to individual hieroglyphic signs made by WHI Bleek and mistakenly labelled "Notes on Persian made by Dr Bleek" in the UCT library fonds is, for example, included here, as is a notebook detailing the contents of Charlton House. These will be added to over time.
