Notes
"What To See In H.M.S. Howe. Heavy Armaments and Power". The "Cape Times" shipping correspondent describes the British Navy's battleship Howe, its most heavily armed and one of the most powerfully-engined vessels in the world. The Howe cruised around the Cape Peninsula while stopping in SA for a refit in Durban. This clipping includes a captioned photograph of the H.M.S. Howe entering Table Bay.
