Letter [copy?] from Dr KMF Scott to Professor Zellig S Harris, 1 March 1950, regarding the publication of Dorothea Bleek's Bushman Dictionary. Scott is writing to inform Professor Harris that Professor Maingard is no longer able to find the time to proofread the dictionary. As no-one else is available to do it, Scott offers to undertake the work herself. She asks for proofs to be sent to her when they are ready. Maingard gave her his notes and, as such, Scott feels able to deal with the revise proofs after the publisher's proofreaders have dealt with them first.
