Dorothea has received the Council's letter containing the warrant for the £500 grant. She reports handing the money to the University of Cape Town for dispatch to America (to the Oriental Society) along with UCT's contribution (£250) and her own (£250). She encloses the Registrar's receipt. She thanks the Board and will acknowledge their support in the publication.
