Summary

A letter from Wilhelm Bleek to Jemima Lloyd, sent from Cape Town late on 22nd August 1862. This short letter continues Wilhelm's discussion in his previous letter of assisted passage and Jemima's hiring a maid to accompany her to the Cape. Wilhelm discusses the possibility of claiming some of the expense for Jemima's "assisted" passage back with the maid. He leaves the decision of whether to explore this option up to her.
