Description
Twelve figures, eight of whom appear female, in a row across the bottom of the painting, two of whom carry digging sticks. Another two female figures bear sticks and one wears what resembles a short white cloak. The four figures above them are bent at the waist and two are patterned at the top half of their bodies. An antelope, a disembodied antelope head and an elephant. "From Cave in precipitous gorge on the farm Rockwood - near Orange River O.F.S."
