A dictionary, A-Z. Language unknown, but likely to be Mbunela, as there is a reference to the Mbunela language in the notebook. The notebook also contains grammar in same language: pronouns, alphabet, tenses, prefixes and verbs, 'Capula' [?], pronouns, numerals, demonstratives, adjectives. Most of the pages in the second half of the notebook are blank, except for the odd note, address and bit of language (others) recorded, drawing of river and part of an intinerary, objects and 'Miss Wilman', as well as some names of people 2 pages from the back.

A child has used some of the blank pages of this notebook for drawing in.
